FAQs
Yes, Mandela Hall is located on the ground floor of the new Student's Union building and wheelchair access is available from the Elmwood Avenue entrance.
For pre-sold events, we give priority entry to wheelchair users, so please show up ahead of the general admission time and approach a member of our staff for assistance.
Our full accessibility guide is available here.
Stage times will be posted on our social media channels as soon as they are confirmed. We will not respond to any mails/messages requesting stage times in advance of this.
Please note, posted stage times are for reference only and may be subject to last minute changes. It is your responsibility to arrive at the date and time stated on your ticket. Refunds will not be issued where the show has happened within the published date and time on your ticket.
All gig listings include a door time. This is not the show time but rather the earliest time of admission to the event.
It is advisable that you allow adequate time to gain entry and grab a drink before the gig starts. For sold-out shows, we recommend allowing 30mins.
If an event is rescheduled, you will be offered access to the rescheduled event using your original ticket for no extra charged. If the rescheduled date is unsuitable, refunds will be available from point of purchase.
Refunds cannot be issued via the mandela hall contact form or social media channels.
Show times are sometimes only finalised in the weeks or days before the event. In order to maintain 100% accuracy and ensure no one misses an event, the listed time is the door time rather than the show time.
Arriving at the door time ensures that you will not miss any of the show.
Show times will be published via social media when they are confirmed.
Fill in the form on our LEVELS page and it will be sent straight to the LEVELS booking team.
