Belfast Ukulele Festival – Friday 14th August & Saturday 15th August

Get ready for a weekend of music, laughs, and plenty of feel-good vibes as the Belfast Ukulele Festival celebrates its fifth year — and we’re delighted to be bringing it to the iconic Mandela Hall stage!

We’ll be welcoming a lineup of world-class ukulele acts alongside a brilliant community of players from across the UK and Ireland.

Friday kicks things off with our Cabaret Night, Big Jam & Open Mic — a relaxed, fun-filled evening to meet fellow festival-goers, enjoy some performances, and get everyone strumming together.

Saturday daytime is all about the Battle of the Uke Bands — one of the highlights of the weekend. Groups from across the UK and Ireland take to the stage with creativity, energy, and a healthy dose of fun, all competing to win over the crowd and judges.

Expect big performances, audience participation, and plenty of unforgettable moments.

Saturday night brings the Big Gig — a showcase of our world-class ukulele artists live on stage, delivering a brilliant night of music in the Mandela Hall.Whether you’re a seasoned player or just uke-curious, it’s all about community, great music, and having a brilliant time.
