It’s hard to believe, but Queen’s Comedy Club has been entertaining Belfast for nearly 22 years. The club was started in February 1992 by a young Colin Murphy, performing his first ever gig.
Over the years, the club has taken on various different guises and promoters and seen a who’s who from the comedy world perform in Belfast, with all the now major comedians; Peter Kay, Dylan Moran, Bill Bailey, Sean Lock, Ed Byrne and Jason Byrne taking to the stage. With two seasons a year, running in the Autumn (starting 24th September) and Spring, the Comedy Club is a bargain at just £6 for three top acts a week! The club is open to everyone and anyone (you do need valid ID to prove you’re over 18 though). As long as you’re up for a laugh we’d love to you have you!
Tickets for the majority of our events can be purchased directly from the Mandela Hall Box Office, located at the main reception of Queen's University Belfast Students' Union. Tickets purchased directly from us will usually have no additional booking fees.
They can also be purchased online from online from Ticketmaster Ireland and all Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.
